Prof. Chandra Shekhar Khadka
Chandra Shekhar Khadka is an Advocate and PhD Scholar in the Faculty of Law, Tribhuvan University. He also holds LL.M. degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University and M.A. (Sociology) from T.U. He has several years of teaching experience. He is an outstanding teacher, mentor, motivator and pillar of this Law college. He joined this college seven years ago where he teaches LL.M. courses such as Legal Research and International Trade Law and Arbitration etc. Mr. Khadka has over twenty years of working experience especially in credit, recovery and legal affairs in the financial institutions. During this tenure he has also served as a company secretary for ten years and as an Acting CEO of a 'c' class financial institution for two years. In addition to his professional experience, he has contributed in the academic field by publishing dozens of articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the Nepal Law Review, Nepal Bar Council Law Journal, Supreme Bar Journal and Nyayedoot.
