CHBEA is considered one of the best colleges to study law in Nepal. Affiliated to Purbanchal University, we offer a rigorous curriculum, experienced faculty, practical legal training through moot courts, legal aid clinics, court visits, and internships. CHBEA offers four academic programs: B.A. LL.B. (5-year integrated undergraduate), LL.M. (2-year postgraduate), Bachelor of Arts in English (3-year undergraduate), and Master of Arts in English (2-year postgraduate). All programs are affiliated to Purbanchal University.
The LL.M. (Master of Laws) program at CHBEA is a two-year postgraduate program affiliated to Purbanchal University. It is designed for law graduates seeking advanced legal knowledge and research expertise.

Admission
Candidates must have completed +2 or equivalent examination from any recognized institution with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. There is no stream restriction — students from Science, Management, Arts, and other streams are eligible.
