Prof. Dr Gajendra Aryal

Dr Aryal is a brilliant academic, researcher and educator. He is a well known legal practitioner in Nepal. He holds a PhD degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He also obtained an LL.M degree in criminology from Purbanchal University, Biratnagar and M.A from Tribhuvan University. As a faculty member Dr Aryal joined the Chakrabarti Law College in 2014. Since then he has been teaching Theory of Logic and Legal Reasoning, Procedural Law, International Human Rights Law, Fiscal Law, Pre-Trial Presentation, Trial Advocacy and Appellate Advocacy etc.
