When I first stepped into the corridors of Chakrabarti Law College, I was a student searching for direction. What I found was far greater, I found guidance, purpose, and a place that taught me to see law not just as a subject, but as a profession grounded in justice and integrity. Chakrabarti Law set out with a mission to shape the most professional and intellectually grounded legal minds in Nepal and looking back, they’ve truly lived up to that promise. Four years into this journey, I can testify not as an obligation, but with deep faith that this institution has fulfilled that mission in my life. What makes Chakrabarti Law exceptional is its faculty, a body of highly qualified, experienced, and deeply passionate legal educators. Our teachers are not merely instructors confined to textbooks only, they are seasoned practitioners, accomplished scholars, and great mentors who bring the full weight of their expertise and life experience into every classroom. Our faculty members/teachers hold advanced academic qualifications. Many bearing LLM and PhD degrees and carry with them years of experience across Nepal's judicial and legal system from courtroom advocacy and constitutional law to human rights, criminal procedure, corporate law, and international legal frameworks. Several of our professors are themselves practicing advocates before the different Courts of Nepal, which means that every lecture carries the authenticity of legal experience. What I appreciate most is that they treat us like future colleagues, not just students. They push us to form our own opinions to challenge judgments, to read beyond what is prescribed. Having spent four years here, I can say with confidence that it lives up to that purpose. As I stand on the threshold of completing my B.A L.L.B and stepping into the legal profession, I am carrying much more than just a degree. This institution has given me confidence, values, a sense of responsibility and lessons that will stay with me far beyond the classroom. With immense gratitude and pride, I highly recommend Chakrabarti HaBi Education Academy, College of Law to every aspiring legal professionals and juniors.
